An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Calling potential/prospected students - warm calls via Zoho CRM - 100+ leads per day
Recruting new flight students - providing program and admission information
Understanding customer needs and requirements
Assigning qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Closing sales
Assisting domestic and international flight students
In-person tours and meetings with potential customers
Enrollments and Admissions
Experience as a Sales Representative/Associate
Familiar with ERP and CRM and MS Office programs
Zoho CRM and Zoho Ticket System
Good customer service skills
Superb communication skills
Second language would be a plus
Able to multitask
Good team player
Weekend availability is required
