We are hiring a highly energetic, technology savvy Executive Assistant, team leader, independent, self starter, able to travel with a flexible work schedule and high demand for our equal opportunity CEO. As an FAA certified pilot and flight instructor, he owns and operates multiple businesses in the aviation industry,logistics in Europe.

Our entire group is up to 100 employees strong.

We are hiring an Executive Assistant of the CEO/ Tech savvy problem solver/ Go-getter

You are the right candidate for this position, if:

  • You are a self-starter in this field
  • Experienced Assistant of the CEO and ready to start with initially little assistance
  • You can support a fast thinking leader and switch gears in seconds
  • You are a leader and will be able to delegate tasks to our team
  • You will solve most problems with little or no assistance from our CEO
  • You are a technology expert, an Apple pro with Mac, Iphone, Ipad and most common apps
  • Website updates such as Wordpress, CRM, Zoho are your daily business
  • You are an Excel pro, able to create the most complex formulas fast and effecient.
  • Used to work in a high pace environment
  • Experienced in expense recording and reconciling
  • You are a certified Quickbooks user or have Quickbooks experience
  • Have multiple years experience in Bookkeeping and Office management
  • You know how to complete Bank and account reconciliations
  • A paperless office is your preferred work-environment
  • You are well experienced with Apple products
  • You are a very technology savvy person in all aspects, web apps, computer problem solving, network solutions
  • You are well experienced with Office products, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • `You are a professional excel and powerpoint user, able to create complicated spreadsheet calculation templates?
  • You have a solid experience in all tax preparations, Florida Sales Tax law
  • You are a professional with workers comp and all HR related matters
  • You can draft, create employment contracts, work-flow for new hires, amen or change employment contracts
  • W4, I-9 and all other employment related regulations are your daily business
  • You are used to flexible work ours and rapid response time
